Forage in the Stables

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. IN ONE PLACE.

The Livery is a multi-level experience, which will begin with the core of our existence on the ground floor, The Stables, via Farm To Coast Collective. This particular area will house our food hall, comprised of our incredible licensees and valued partners.

DINE IN. TAKE OUT. GET IT CURBSIDE.

Here, in The Stables, grab a meal for everyone and partake in the shared seating or pick-up for takeout.

Once our doors are open to the community, guests will also be able to order online for convenience and retrieve orders from any of our restaurants – curbside or otherwise.

WE’RE COOKING UP GOOD THINGS.

We’re bringing an amazing one-of-a-kind experience to Downtown Sebastopol. Stay tuned for more.

MEET OUR LICENSEES.

Charro Negro

Meet Charro Negro, founded by visionary and chef Rodrigo Mendoza. Former chef de cuisine for 10 years at Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar in Healdsburg, Rodrigo soon after began this dynamic concept of fresh seafood prepared Mexican-style. Operating under the community-central focus of a place to gather and have fun, The Livery On Main welcomes Charro Negro into this one-of-a-kind community project.

Taverna Lithi

Lithi is a Greek fishing village on the island of Chios in the Mediterranean, where Chef Dino Moniodis was raised. In Greece, it’s traditional to sit by the beach and order meze, or small plates of savory snacks. Meze will be the focus of Taverna Lithi’s menu, including a Greek salad, dip platter with tzatziki, a tasty yogurt and cucumber sauce, hummus, skorthalia, a Greek garlic mashed potato dip, and kalamata olives, all served with fresh-made pita bread. Featuring fresh fish from Bodega Bay, this is a taste you won’t want to miss.

Village Bakery

A family-owned and operated business, Village Bakery specializes in handcrafted, legendary hearth breads featuring fresh, organic ingredients. Village is home of the award-winning Seeded Sourdough Bread, and has been voted “Best Bakery” by the Press Democrat and North Bay Bohemian for many years. We look forward to sharing this project with them and to soon extending the invite to break bread with our community here at The Livery On Main!
